Spring is here! The number of homes available as of April 17th in Chittenden County has inched up to 385 which is an increase of 12.6% since January. The number of available condominium’s has soared in
Chittenden County to 157 which is a 46.7% increase since January and a 162% increase since January 2005. That means more choices for homebuyers, and it is still a great time to sell. There are many wonderful homes available and lots of new construction choices. Call us today for details.
The current 30-year fixed rate mortgage with zero points has also inched up from 6.25 % in the beginning of 2006 to 6.625% as of mid April, according to Mark Benton, Mortgage Loan Officer at Summit Financial Center (802-863-0403, Ext. 223). The combination of continued historically low rates and available home inventory are continuing to fuel our market.
In March at the Prudential Real Estate International Business Conference in San Antonio, Texas, I was recognized as one of the Pru 100 awarded to the Top 100 Prudential Agents Internationally.
