Visit the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum in Ferrisburgh.

According to Vermont Economic Newsletter last May, the housing boom was expected to slow gradually this year with mortgage rates in the 6.5% to 7% range. Their prediction has been right on the money and we have seen 2.9% decline in prices and a 32% increase in inventory since June of 2006. With today’s prices, continued lower mortgage rates, and more homes (both new and used) to choose from, now is a great time to buy.
