According to Vermont Economy Newsletter, Vermont home prices track with the US home prices over time (especially the last two years) and nationally housing prices were flat for the twelve months ending first quarter of this year. The number of residential sales closed in Vermont fell from 1317 through April 2007 to 877 through April of 2008 a decline of over thirty-three percent.
