The difference between ordinary and extraordinary--is that something extra.
Every year at this time we all rejoice to feel the warm sun, watch the snow melt and taste the new maple syrup. Here at The Nancy Jenkins Team we celebrated with our annual Movie Day. The children all enjoyed Horton Hears a Who and with the support of Summit Financial Center in bringing the day together for our clients—new and old and their families. We collected $250 in donations for Women Helping Battered Women and over 251 pounds of food for Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf.
I am currently looking for high school seniors who are going to college next year to receive one of two $1500 scholarships. I want to reward those students who may not have thought they could go to college, are not receiving other scholarships but are determined to succeed and need some help. How is the market? Many factors are making this a wonderful time to jump in. Mortgage interest rates are down as well as prices making this one of the most affordable markets in years. The number of single family
homes available in Chittenden County is hovering around 530 and the condo inventory is currently at 291. This gives lots of choice to today’s buyer. If you are selling and buying in this market you will find
buyers in the market for your home and many properties to consider compared to the past couple of years.
