We average over 10,000 unique visitors each week who are searching our inventory of homes, condos, and land as well as our Blog on market news.

The Real Estate market is picking up with buyers finding homes at good prices and interest rates at historically low levels. The current 30 year fixed rate with zero points is at 6%, according to Mark Benton of Summit Financial Center, Burlington. With rates at these levels, coupled with lower home prices as compared to past years', makes this year the best for homeowners concerned with total monthly housing expenses. As the old saying goes- no one rings a bell at the bottom of the market, and we have seen some fantastic opportunities over the first four months of 2008. There are more choices out there than any time in the past four years. It is a great time to buy a home, investment property or even a home on the lake.
